As a Partner with Dorman Bell and Kramer LLP, Ms. Kramer serves as part of our team that reviews documents and/or situations that may need legal council for The HR Firm.
Their Dallas based focuses on business law and provides nationwide council on starting, maintaining, and protecting small to mid-size businesses.

ARNOLD RODRIGUEZHuman Resource Director
Mr. Rodriguez has experience in human resource management, business start up and development, organizational/process development, change/innovation management, and marketing in the private sector (nuclear energy, telecommunications, retail, legal, manufacturing, mental/behavioral health, hospital, security, BPO) and public sectors (municipal, county, state, federal.) He has held management positions with Qualfon, T-Mobile,Ticketmaster, PRC/Alorica, Advanced Call Center Technologies, CAPA Texas and Arizona Public Service Company, and the Texas cities of Austin, Arlington, Plano, Victoria, Harlingen, Weslaco, Edinburg, Cochise County, Arizona, plus professional positions with Tropical Texas Behavioral Center (state), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (federal). Mr. Rodriguez has helped launch and grow 6 major call centers, develop company/city-wide pay and performance management plans, manage high volume recruiting programs, address police/fire civil service needs, re-engineer the country's largest nuclear power plant (Palo Verde), successfully collaborated with the Teamsters, AFL-CIO, IBEW, CWA, AFSCME and various police/fire associations in achieving key fiscal goals.
He was an adjunct instructor at The University of Arizona, Sierra Vista, and South Texas College and consulted Texas cities on police and fire matters and executive recruitment, as well as served on the Board of Directors and as Marketing/HR Vice-President for the May Chemical Company in Dallas.
Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and conducted his graduate studies at the University of North Texas. A Marine Corps and Air Force veteran, and member of the American Legion, Mr. Rodriguez is also an author and an accomplished published researcher.
